MAGIC HANDS DETAILING FL, LLC SERVICE AGREEMENT
This agreement explains our obligations to you (hereafter referred to as, “Client”, “Customer”, or “you”) and Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC (hereafter referred to as “Magic Hands Detailing FL”, “contractor”, “technician”, “us”, “our”, or “we”) and your obligations to us in relation to the service(s) you purchase. By using our service, you agree to the full terms of this agreement, without modification by you.
By using the services of Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC you hereby agree to the following terms:
SAFETY
Your vehicle and performing proper detailing techniques is our first priority. We will not perform any service that shows potential to cause harm or damage your vehicle. Prior to Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC performing services on your vehicle, you, the owner, will advise us of any cosmetic or mechanical issues that would prevent us from completing the detail.
These may include low battery, trunk permanently shut, windows do not roll down, etc…
If your vehicle poses a potential threat to our health and/or safety, please let us know. If there is the threat of any harmful substances (needles, drugs, gasoline, etc.) in the vehicle, you must let your detail technician know prior to your detail. You will be held responsible for any health and/or safety issues arising from your vehicle.
APPOINTMENTS
We will arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible. However, sometimes situations can occur that will disrupt the daily schedule. Our safety will never be compromised by rushing to meet a schedule. You will be called or messaged and advised of an arrival time when schedules change beyond our control.
Our quotes are determined by the vehicle size, package selected, condition of the vehicle, time required, and travel distance to the jobsite. Ultimately, the final price varies for each client and the final expectation or outcome.
Additional charges apply for heavy stains, excessive pet hair, excessive sand removal, excessive debris removal, personal item removal and addon services (if requested) due to the additional time it takes.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We are prepared for most any weather conditions including but not limited to light rain.
Due to the amount of time it takes to perform quality services, cancellations and reschedules have a lasting effect. For this reason, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment so we can fill that time slot and to avoid our cancellation fee totaling $40. The following terms and conditions apply to all appointments:
Client understands and agrees that Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC cannot guarantee the removal of all contaminants or defects, including, but not limited to upholstery stains, chipped or loose paint, etc. and multiple services may be needed to achieve better results. If higher-level services are needed and customer wishes not to upgrade, customer will be liable for the outcome of the service booked. NO FREE SERVICES WILL BE IMPLEMENTED IF CUSTOMER IS NOT HAPPY WITH RESULTS FROM IMPROPER BOOKING. MAGIC HANDS DETAILING FL, LLC WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT SERVICES BOOKED BY CUSTOMER.
Client understands that services rendered such as washing, chemical spot cleaning, etc., may reveal imperfections in surfaces that were not visible prior to cleaning, heavy buildup of mold and dirt may be hiding other problems such as flaking (Paint Failure) or missing paint, etc. In some circumstances the removal of a stain may not be possible or practical, and replacement of surface or repainting may be necessary. Customer understands acid baths, claybar and decontamination treatments may cause damage and Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC will not be held responsible if customer does not book the necessary followup services to correct those imperfections.
All vehicles are cleaned at the customer's own risk and must be able to with stand normal cleaning processes. All vehicles booking polishing services through correction services understand Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC is not responsible for damages caused from booking incorrect services after technicians' warnings and recommendations based on the condition of the vehicle's paintwork.
We cannot guarantee results when accepting your late appointment as each car may require different cleaning methods and need the full-time frame set.
We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment or service.
Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in accordance with weather conditions or equipment failure.
Failure for the vehicle and keys to be present at the time and location of the ordered service may result in the cancellation of the appointment by Magic Hands Detailing FL and will be considered a cancellation policy violation which will result in a $40 cancellation charge.
Gift Certificate redemption appointments will follow the same cancellation policy and will be automatically redeemed for $40 based on the above cancellation policy guidelines.
QUALITY OF SERVICE:
We want you to be satisfied with our service. No services offered are guaranteed to completely restore your vehicle to any previous or new condition. We will try our absolute best to restore the vehicle to the best condition possible and within the constraints of our resources, time, and expertise. We will conduct a final inspection together, with you, at the end of the job. If, after the final inspection and after we have left, you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern. Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC will not be held liable for any concerns after 24 hours of job completion or if you did not complete the final inspection.
FEES, TERMS OF SERVICE, AND PAYMENT TERMS
We accept cash and credit cards. Payment is due at the completion of the detail. The fee for our service is the agreed dollar amount, indicated as on the service package. The term of service is for the amount of time reserved by us to complete the “job” you requested and not for any specific outcome. The amount of time reserved is an estimate since the condition of each vehicle varies. It is possible that the job could take less or more time than the time reserved. Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC has the right to charge an extra fee per hour if the detail job takes significantly longer than expected at the discretion of Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC. This fee is normally reserved for vehicles that will take more than 1 hour over the estimated time for the specified package. We will inform you of the possible fee before or during the detailing process.
There may be an $100 additional charge for Non Sufficient Funds or Returned Payments.
There will be a Transaction fee tacked on for all Credit Card transactions. Cash payments will not result in this extra transaction fee.
OPERATING & MOVING YOUR VEHICLE:
Customer will give Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC access to the vehicle during the detail job and any additional mutually agreed upon times. Please make sure the keys to the vehicle are available to us. This document ensures that you authorize us to operate and to move your vehicle, as necessary to do so.
CERAMIC COATINGS
We require a 24-hour cure period after completion of ceramic coating application to warranty all Ceramic Coatings applied by Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC. If any issue arises with your ceramic coating, Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC will require you to schedule an appointment to come in so we can inspect your coating.
(a). Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC offers a maintenance program for all customers. Our maintenance wash consists of properly washing the vehicle with proper washing methods such as Ph Neutral car soap, drying the vehicle with plush dedicated microfiber towels. Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC & its technicians will not put any vehicle in intentional danger for improperly washing the vehicle for all exterior washing techniques.
(b). Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC Highly recommends using our maintenance program to prolong the life of protection installed of any and all exterior protection installed by Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC. Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC is not responsible for improper wash methods performed by the customers self infliction. Upon receiving the vehicle prior to installation, the customer is advised to NOT wash the vehicle for approximately 7 days from Installation, during these 7 days is the full cure period, where the coating is most vulnerable and care during this time will determine the ultimate lifespan.
(c). We require a 1 year inspection for all coatings installed by Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC in order for the warranty to be valid. If failed to do so by the customer, the warranty will be voided.
(d). Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC will give out proper wash techniques to the customer after installing the coating. If the customer wishes to maintain the Ceramic Coating upon their own efforts and does not wish to join Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC's laid out wash maintenance plan and proper washing methods, The customer is solely responsible for any damage that may arise and Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC is not responsible.
(e). The Customer is recommended to bring the vehicle back for maintenance wash Every 6, 9, & 12 Months from installation date to see the Ceramic coating's status. Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC Reserves the right to void any warranty that may be applied to any installed coating. This consist of but is not limited to Improper wash methods, Automated car washing, etc
(f). Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC reserves the right to void any warranty that may be applied to any installed coating if the customer has not scheduled any maintenance appointments at the 6 month period, but not limited to this option.
(g). Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC is not responsible for negligence against any amount of exterior protection installed and the customer will be solely responsible for the maintenance of the amount fo protection installed as well. The coating is meant to protect the clear coat with a ultimately harder version of the clear coat that acts as a barrier to protect the paint underneath for the life of the coating. Coatings are still able of scratching, marring, water spotting, etc. due to improper maintenance the vehicle. Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC is not responsible for such.
(h). The vehicle exterior paintwork must be maintained and washed regularly, to Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC's recommendations, to prevent contamination build up (bi-weekly). After washing insure that no water is left to dry on the coated surface, particularly within the first two (2) weeks after installation. In the event that your vehicle is exposed to high mineral-content water (“hard” or “soft” water) like that from some automated car washes, sprinkler systems or tap water in some areas, then all coated areas need to be dried as soon as possible with a microfiber cloth. Any water that is left to dry may form visible ringlets, which should be wiped off with vinegar until the mineral deposit is removed, as soon as possible.
SERVICE REFUSAL, FRAUD & POLICY DISCLAIMER
Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any customer. Customers who abruptly cancel their appointments or maliciously slander and malign Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC will be placed on a "Do Not Serve" List permanently and will be blocked from phones, emails, and any digital venues under the control of Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC. Customers who knowingly and willingly attempt to defraud Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC will be reported to law enforcement and will be prosecuted to the fullest extents of Federal/ State Law.
ACCIDENTS, PRE-EXISTING CONDITION AND DAMAGE:
Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC and its contractors cannot be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle while in our care. We are as careful as possible and have never once had an accident to date. We are professionals and are skilled at what we do. If something does get damaged while detailing your vehicle, we will advise you of the incident. By agreeing to our detailing services, you also agree not to hold Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC liable for any pre-existing damages to your vehicle. Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.
Reimbursement will not be paid for any minor cosmetic damage as a result of detailing your vehicle. Reimbursement will be paid for any major damage caused to your vehicle as a result of our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC will approve the body shop and/or vendors before issuing any reimbursement.
If something arises after the detail that was not noticed during the final walk around, you must contact us within 24 hours and, if needed, schedule a touch-up detail within 5 days.
Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC it's owners, employees and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorney and legal fees, resulting from any service provided or injury after our services have been completed.
1. DAMAGE: It is the obligation of the customer to disclose any and all damages present on the vehicle to Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC prior to service.
(a). These include paint failure, scratches, dents, cracks, or any other damages present on the vehicle. Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC assumes no form of responsibility or liability for conditions arising from these damages prior to or after service completion. Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who has a vehicle with pre-existing damages on a degree that would present a hazard to the integrity of the vehicle's paint, body, chassis, etc. Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing damage it may find during the normal course of detailing the interior or exterior of any vehicle. It is difficult to find pre-existing damage during the initial inspection, especially if the vehicle is dirty and cluttered with debris or personal items left in the vehicle.
2. PERSONAL ITEMS: Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle or any missing items. We strongly recommend removing personal items before service. Items left inside the glove box, center console or trunk will not be cleaned. Items left in the cabin on vehicle such as door pockets, cup holders, cargo areas or floor boards will be placed in an area or trash bag and placed in the rear seat or trunk. (All items, trash, straws, cups, bottles, papers, mail, etc. will be up to the customer to go through, not Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC)
(a). Money, Gift Cards, Credit/ Debit cards, etc will be placed in a bag, an area that is already destined for spare change, or presented straight to the customer.
3. OLDER VEHICLES OR DAMAGED VEHICLES: Older vehicles usually have many interior and exterior components that have broken, worn out, faded, or become loose and cracked. If Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC should break, disconnect, or damage any component of a client's vehicle, it will bring this to the owner's attention before or after completing the final detail. Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage of the vehicle’s wheel rims or wheel covers. Most wheel rims are under constant abuse from general road conditions, metal brake dust, and washing conditions. They commonly have multiple stains, dings, pits and scratches caused by normal driving conditions, metal brake dust, or other commercial car wash facilities (such as chrome wheels). Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing engine damage or engine malfunctions.
4. IMPROPER BOOKING OF SERVICES: Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC is not responsible for damage caused from services improperly booked by customer. Customer understands some services may weaken or damage the vehicle and Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC will not be held liable. Lower-level packages booked by customer are the responsibility of the customer in doing his or her due diligence in knowing what packages are needed or discussed with a technician to properly clean the vehicle.
(a). Example: Every exterior service below a single-stage paint correction will not remove scratches, a paint correction service will have to be booked in order to remove scratches. A package using a Claybar will result in micro marring of paint and correction services will be needed to remove the micro marring caused from a clay bar. Paint Enhancement WILL NOT REMOVE SCRATCHES and the customer understands higher level packages will be needed to achieve scratch removal.
5. PAINT CORRECTIONS: Paint corrections booked by customer according to price may result in defects trapped under the coating and will be there for the lifetime of the coating. Paint correction services will be recommended by the technician to achieve the best results for the vehicle but results will vary based on the package customer chooses and customer understands results will be based on the package he or she chooses. Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC will use a paint depth gauge and accurately measure the paint to ensure no damages will be caused from the level of correction needed. Based on the results we will recommend services to ensure safety has been utilized in order to safe your vehicles paintwork. If customer chooses to go against Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC’s recommendation, Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC will not be responsible for damages caused and has the right to refuse work and services on a case-by-case basis.
6. WET SANDING: Customer understands that Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC is not responsible for damages caused from wet sanding. Any imperfections trapped in the paint will be visible and may look worse. Improper prep from previous paint work resulting in weak clear coat may cause damage from wet sanding and customer understands Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC will not be held liable. Customer understands this possibility and agrees Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC will hold no responsibility in damages from this service and will be at Customers own risk to book this service.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC its owners, employees and affiliates from any damage, loss, expense, cost, claim and liability (including attorney and legal fees) arising out of Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC services, including without limitation, any accidental property damage not relating to the services performed. I acknowledge that the unique nature of Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC's business may expose me to greater property damage risk, and I hereby assume such risk.
Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC will neither install nor remove any car seats or custom equipment from your vehicle unless deemed absolutely necessary and your approval and acceptance of these terms grants permission to do so.
We will neither remove nor install car seats from your vehicle. If you would like your car seat cleaned underneath, please have it removed prior to your appointment.
We will neither remove nor install custom equipment from your vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, seat covers, subwoofers, light bars, pet protectors, and bumper stickers. If you would like these things cleaned underneath, please have them removed prior to your appointment.
We require a minimum 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment.
A hold for the Deposit amount of your scheduled appointment may be placed on the provided credit/debit card 48 hours prior to your appointment. A Deposit is not refundable.
We require a deposit to lock in your appointment. If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours, the scheduled appointment will be canceled. The client is still responsible for paying the deposit.
We get it, life shows up. We allow a single to reschedule free of charge - just provide 48 hours’ notice.
No shows will be given 1 hour after the appointment time. Cancellation fee/no show fees are nonrefundable.
PROVIDING FEEDBACK AND PHOTOS
We ask for your feedback. Please send us an email at (magichandsdetailingfl@gmail.com) and let us know if there are ANY concerns – good or bad. We also carry the right at the discretion of Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC to use pictures of your vehicle for marketing purposes and to publish on its website (www.magichandsdetailing.com) or any of our Social Media. Your personal information will not be shown in the photos.
TERMINATION OF SERVICE
Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC may cancel any new or existing maintenance plans or services with clients if we experience that the customer is not the right fit for our services at the discretion of Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC.
CHANGES
Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC reserves the right to modify this statement at any time. Any changes to this Service Contract will be listed in this section, Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC does not make any commitment to update the materials.
By using our services you hereby understand that Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results with our detailing services.
Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.
If the detail job takes much longer than anticipated we reserve the right to charge an extra fee per hour on top of the total cost at the discretion of Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC employee.
All Sales are Final.

If this document is NOT read, All the stated information above is still applicable. The owner or whomever the vehicle's name is in, is responsible for all the information above from all Magic Hands Detailing FL, LLC Services, once scheduled service begins.
